The menu pricing is on buffet style meals. A minimum of 50 people are required on all buffet pricing. Please contact us for a price quote for orders that do not meet the minimum requirements. Family style or plated dinners and butler style appetizers are available.
Menu prices do not include sales tax. Please add 6.25% sales tax.
Add 12% gratuity if fully catered on disposable dinnerware or 18% gratuity if fully catered event is on china and glassware.
Prices are subject to change. 3% transaction fee for all credit cards.
The menu items listed in the catering guide are only suggestions; you are not limited to these selections. Our Catering Staff is ready to consult with you on any special gourmet, themed or ethnic menu. We’re happy to customize a menu to fit your specific needs and budget. Adjustments to the menu can also be made to accommodate special dietary needs.
Delivery is available for charges starting at $20.00.
Delivery fees include the set up of the food. Delivery fees will be quoted at the time of the booking.
Company/Family picnics are available. Cooking on site is available (weather permitting).

We supply disposable place settings for your guest, consisting of napkins, heavy duty plastic cutlery, heavy duty plates and a cup.
China, flatware, and glassware for buffets or served meals are available for an additional charge.

All serviceware is provided for all buffets. Serviceware can be provided for all other requests for an additional charge.
All rented equipment is to be returned clean within 2 business days unless previous arrangements have been made.
Standard Chafer with candles and utensils for rent for $10.00 each.
Additional Fee if returned/picked up dirty.
To ensure your event is successful it is essential that we have an accurate guest count.
An estimated guest count is required at the time your order is placed.
A final guarantee count must be provided to the catering staff a minimum of three days prior to the event.
The catering staff will bill for the guaranteed number of guests.
Refunds will not be refunded for unused food or beverage portions. Our staff will box up the leftovers for you.
